According to the Articles of Association of Impel S.A., the Board of Directors consists of one member (President of the Board) or more, including the President of the Board and other members of the Board appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders for a three-year term of office. Currently, the Board of Directors consists of the President and 6 Members of the Board. Each Member of the Board of Directors is entitled to a sole representation of the Company.
